1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.


2. Shipping Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

5–12 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Local courier services

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected transportation delays

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control


3. Shipping Destinations

EuroStride ships to many countries worldwide.

Unfortunately, we may be unable to deliver to certain countries or regions due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or operational reasons.

If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified before or shortly after your order is placed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order value.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable conditions will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package has been dispatched.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information may be the customer's responsibility.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first review the tracking information provided.

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact our customer support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, EuroStride is generally not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery. If you believe a delivery was made in error, please contact both the shipping carrier and our support team for assistance.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the damage

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.


10. Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability, warehouse location, or order size, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where available.


11. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Labor strikes

  • Government actions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public health emergencies

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates under these circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.


12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related reasons, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.


13. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific countries due to legal or carrier restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where shipping is prohibited by law or operational limitations.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices, carrier services, or legal requirements.
